Design, printing, stock collection, and booking of couriers take place in the afternoons, and communication is therefore limited.

Yes, we deliver across South Africa using trusted courier services. Currently we use Courier Guy, Pudo and Paxi but are always investigating the most reliable and affordable options. Door-to-Door couriers can generally only confirm the day of delivery. If you are unsure whether you will be available, it is advisable to rather select the Pudo or Paxi options for more flexible collection options. Please note that it is assumed that most orders are up to 5kg. Any large orders will need to be quoted separately.

No, unfortunately, we are only able to delivery within the South African borders. Should you require international shipping, please reach out and we can provide custom quoting.

Please note that printing and packing can take 2-5 business days (depending on stock availability). Delivery timelines will depend on your area and the shipping method selected. On average, you can expect the following for courier delivery times: - Door-to-Door: Economy (2-4 business days) - Pudo: 1-4 business days within South Africa, for both locker-to-locker and door-to-door services - Paxi: 3-5 business day service - Postnet: 2-5 business days for both Postnet to Postnet and Postnet to home. - Collection in Oranjezicht, Cape Town: 1 business day
